CareLineDesk is subscription software that automates front-desk scheduling and communication for medical, dental, veterinary and wellness practices: booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, and answering routine questions about services, insurance acceptance and pricing, based on information the practice provides to us. It is a scheduling and communication tool; it does not provide clinical care and does not replace practice staff.
CareLineDesk is operated by Odintsov Stanislav Yevhenovych, an individual (natural person) based in Ukraine, trading as CareLineDesk. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record.
